Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for store credit only.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition
• With all original tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved, store credit for the purchase price of the returned merchandise will be issued to your account and will be available for immediate use on our website.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and are not included in store credit.

 

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Earrings
• Eyelashes
• Sale items
• Clearance items

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Items sent back without first submitting a return request and receiving approval will not be accepted.

 

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition
• With all original tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

The quickest way to receive a different size or item is to request a return for your original purchase (if eligible), receive your store credit, and place a new order.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right.

 

Store Credit

Approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Store credit:

• Is issued for the purchase price of eligible merchandise only.
• Does not include original shipping charges.
• Has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• May be used toward any future purchase at This Lady Boutique*
